How do I book RD Bridal Artistry for makeup?​​​

• Fill out the inquiry form (located at the bottom of the Home and Pricing pages) with as many details about your wedding or event as possible. 

• Sit back and relax—I’ll be in touch to guide you through the next steps!

 

What's your travel fee?​

Travel fees are based on roundtrip hours from my home studio in Cape Coral, FL. Bridal packages include 1hr roundtrip — beyond that, $100/hr so I arrive on-time and fully focused on YOUR flawless morning.

 

Is a deposit required?​

Yes. To officially reserve your appointment, both a non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. Appointments are secured only once these steps are completed.

What will my payment schedule look like?

1. Booking retainer: 15% of the total invoice is due at booking to secure your wedding date (non-refundable, first-come, first-served).

2. Bridal preview: $150, due at your trial appointment.

3. Final balance: Remaining balance is due 5 days before the wedding day.

Is there a cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy is designed to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure a smooth booking process:

• Personal bookings: 48 hours’ notice required.

• Weddings: 90 days’ notice required. A credit card authorization form must also be completed for wedding bookings.

Do I need a bridal makeup trial?​

Bridal trials aren’t required, but they are highly recommended. During the trial, we’ll:

• Discuss your bridal vision in detail

• Test out your dream makeup look

• Take photos and adjust as needed

• Get comfortable working together before the big day

A trial helps eliminate stress and ensures you feel confident walking down the aisle.

How do I reserve my wedding date? Can I schedule a trial before booking?​

I work on a first-come, first-served basis. A wedding date is only secured once a non-refundable retainer and signed contract are received.

Please note: scheduling a trial does not hold your wedding date.
